For anyone that knows about classical music;lets say you are writing a classical piece..??(PLEASE ANSWER!)?
that consists of a main treble line,then a base line. They are both been played by violin. So there are two groups playing the violin. Are they both reading the same music sheet?Like you know the way a treble line with music can have a base line written directly underneath it?Can both peices for the treble and base be placed on the same sheet so that the same sheet is displayed for the violinists in the treble section to read,and the base violinists to read in the other?(sorry for making a balls of this question,but I'm sure someone would understand)
Answer:
First of all, you mean a BASS line and not a BASE line. Second, music for the violin is never written on the bass clef because the instrument cannot go that low, but always on the treble clef. Third, regarding more than one people reading the same sheet music, you can have several staves on one page and the violinists can still read their own from it. In fact, this is actually what happens in music for violin duos where two violins are involved. Hope that answers the question.
